Amazing Service + Very Detail Oriented

Hunter did a great job keeping me informed every step of the way about the extensive plumbing job I just completed (replacing old metal pipes) but also on smaller jobs he has done for me. He also found the source of a leak in one of my bathrooms no one else could identify and when working in my basement alerted me to a leak in my heating ducts. He’s incredibly conscientious and professional and just an all around good guy. I can’t imagine using another plumber now.

Quick and efficient

Hunter did a great job appraising the job and effectively installing shower fixtures and a toilet in my new bathroom. He also diagnosed a leak in another bathroom sink no that others had failed to grasp.

Tankless leaking upon arrival. Customer stated they noticed the tankless dripping slowly yesterday. After taking front cover off tankless and not seeing immediate leak, customer stated she would rather replace it rather than fix it due to it being over 5 years old and never having been serviced. Gave customer estimate to swap out tankless with navien 240a and re working vent. Customer approved estimate we will be out first thing tomorrow morning to complete the work.

For this job, the customer has a jack and Jill sink that is backing up, but both of the sinks are plumbed incorrectly. They are cast-iron out of the wall. What I recommend is to redo the cast-iron stack that’s inside of the wall and re-pipe the drain lines on the inside of the wall, the customer was curious about how much it would cost to remove the vanity However he is a contractor himself so he was planning on removing it with that given we would give a ballpark estimate on how much it would cost to redo the drain lines in the wall when everything is removed drywall vanity mirror so nothing is crushed essentially at this time there’s no work being performed. It is either a rental house or an Investment property but at this time, no work will be performed today.

Call for high water bill. Arrived and met with Willie and he showed me a water bill that was 3-4 times higher than normal. When performing a cursory inspection found a toilet with a fill valve that was adjusted too high, allowing over filling of the toilet. Once it was adjusted down water has stopped passing through meter. I also found that the water heater on site is 20 years old, and has a failed thermal expansion tank. I recommend replacing this immediately, as it is far over its expected life span. I recommend contacting water service provider for a bill adjustment.

Customer had three toilets to install, two upstairs, one on main floor powder room. Whole house is undergoing renovation so the two bathrooms upstairs don’t have the final flooring down. Recommended only installing new toilets after the flooring is put down. For today, replaced the toilet in the powder room and left quotes for the other two once the flooring is down. Tested all work to ensure proper function and no leaks. None were found. House pressure is in a safe range. Recommend replacing water heater that is well past replacement date. Left price to replace.

Upon arrival customer stated she had a main line water leak. Customer also stated she had some trees removed recently and when they rode in her yard and a day later she had a water leak where they drove in the yard. She had her neighbor cut it off so her water bill was not high. I found that coming off the meter is copper. Gave customer estimate to do a spot repair. Customer stated she will call national leak detection to come out and pinpoint the leak so we can come back out and get the repair done. I also informed the customer it would be best to replace the whole line due to it being copper and as well as I can not warranty a spot repair. Customer stated she want me to turn the water back before I left so she did not have a high water bill. I am also leave the customer with an estimate to replace the whole line.

Homeowner states that he recently had the kitchen countertop replaced and has a new sink and wanted some solutions to install the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and basket strainer as well as the tubular pipe. Had to wait for homeowner to return from Lowe’s and once he returned he showed me the kitchen and I gave them the solutions to install all the necessary fixtures for a new sink. Homeowner was getting quotes and is getting one more quote and will let us know what he decides to do.

I returned today to install a new navian tankless. I uninstalled the old one and installed the new tankless. I had to cut back the vents some to make the vents work. I also installed the service ports and gas. I tested the system and system is working properly with no leaks or issues.

Near house we will find where sewer comes out, attached to good pipe Near house, then run sewer line downhill to city, tap, call inspection before covering up. (Include sidewalk cut and fix back if necessary) (Not responsible for any landscaping repair) From house dug 5 feet to find where line comes out , ran 6 inch pvc to city tap down hill , left exposed for city inspection, passed inspection then covered soil to best of our ability, test line thoroughly to ensure work was functioning properly, work is tested and complete. Did not have to cut city sidewalk.
